Welcome to SAMIX Productions! This is SAM (@samprodrchvs) and NIX (@nixssketch), the editors of SAMIX Productions. We have been exploring the world of Graphic Design and Video Editing for over a year now, and have decided to open for commission services.The commissioners’ reason to open their own commission service is to explore new artworks, grow as editors, and as well as have extra income as students.Both Nix and Sam have different editing styles and fortes please check out their portfolios, and their works! You may also contact them for any queries, and/or concerns.For everyone to be aware, Nix and Sam are both Grade 12 students and have very hectic schedules. However, commissioners will still attend to your commissions, and will constantly update the clients about the edits/work/request.SAMIX Productions uses Adobe Photoshop, Photopea, Procreate, Canva, and PicsArt as their software for graphic designing, and CapCut as their software for video editing.Lastly, don’t forget to read the guidelines and check the services section before placing an order/request.Thank you for visiting our page, and accounts, and thank you for deciding to have a commission with us!

GUIDELINES

1. FIRST AND FOREMOST
- Before anything, check out Nix and Sam’s portfolios located at the portfolio section of this site to be aware of the type of editing styles, and qualities they can offer.2. PRICING
- Price will be in a minimum of 500 pesos.
- However, the price will be negotiable, and it will depend on the details of the editing service from the client.
- We also offer package services.3. REQUIREMENTS
- Make sure to provide all necessary details on our google form.4. PLACE YOUR ORDER/REQUEST
- Make sure to place your order/request 1-2 weeks before the day you need it. A google form will be provided to be located in the forms section for you to place your order upon checking our portfolios and pricing.
- An instruction at the end of the form will indicate to take a screenshot and send it to our main accounts ( both Facebook and Twitter ). From there, you’ll talk and negotiate with the editors through direct or personal messages.5. EDITOR’S RIGHTS
- We, Nix and Sam, have the right to decline a client’s order/request if it’s impossible for us to do, and/or it’s beyond our fortes. This is to ensure that we won’t disappoint and waste the money of our clients by delivering a low-quality design.
- Both commissioner also has the right to decline if the order slots are full.6. CLIENT’S RIGHTS
- As a client, you have a right to complain if ever we treated you unfairly, and overcharged your order/request.
- You also have the right to participate in decision-making when it comes to the design of your orders during the meeting.
- You also have the right to ask for updates regarding your order/request.7. TIME FRAME
- Order or request will take 3 days to 2 weeks depending on Nix and Sam’s schedule, and also the urgency and difficulty of the order.
- We only accept orders from Monday - Friday, 11 am to 11 pm.8. PLAGIARISM AND GIVING AWAY AN EDIT
- We prohibit our clients from giving away an edit made by SAM or NIX as well as any form of plagiarism.
- Clients must NOT re-print the commission for profit purposes but MAY re-print for personal use ONLY unless the client is a small business owner and is needed to print the output for profit, which will be discussed through direct or private messages nor during the meeting.9. WATERMARKS
- We humbly ask you, our future client, kindly do not crop the watermark in our designs.10. CREDITS AND TAGGING
- You are free to tag our base accounts (TWITTER: @SAMIXPROD, FACEBOOK: SAMIX Productions) if you are going to post the final output of our edits.11. CONTACTS

PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

PAYMENT METHOD
- Payment will be through GCash only.GCASH DETAILS
- The editors’ and clients’ GCash information will be discussed through private or direct messages and/or during the meeting.
- We assure you that your information is safe with us, and will keep and remain the information confidential between the client, and commissioners.RUSH EDITS
- There will be an additional payment for rushed edits.DOWN PAYMENT
- There will be a down payment of 25% before starting editing your order/s / request/s. Take note that there must be no cancellation of orders/requests upon sending your payment.DATE OF PAYMENT
- Payment is until the day the editor’s finished your order.REVISIONS
- We will only cater up to 2 revisions per output. We will require you to pay an additional 200 pesos for every revision after exceeding the limit.
